Overview

Info helps you to create a clean and easy-to-maintain knowledge base for your products or services. Here's a quick overview.

Topics and Articles

Info is primarily organized into two types of content: Topics and Articles.

Topics allow you to organize your articles into logical groups, like this Getting Started topic. They take less than 30 seconds to set up and Info has been designed to support as many Topics as you'd like to add.

Each Topic gets its own topic page, which provides a quick introduction to that section along with a directory of articles. This ensures that your customers and visitors can find what they're looking for—even if they're not quite sure what it is that they need.

Articles are the atomic unit of Info. Info uses Framer's CMS to make it easy to add, update, and remove articles as needed.

By default, Articles come with just a few custom fields. This means that you won't need to spend a bunch of time coming up with content and can spin up your knowledge base really quickly.

The Sidebar

At screen sizes of Tablet and above, Info will show a persistent sidebar that lets your visitors quickly move through articles. You'll have the ability to decide if you want these to appear expanded or collapsed by default, but your visitors will always be able to customize the sidebar to their liking.

The top of the Sidebar provides you with a handy CTA that can be used to encourage a purchase or provide a quick link back to your main marketing site. This is especially useful if you plan to put your knowledge base on a subdomain.
